LED Spot Treatment (Included After Microneedling)

A complimentary LED spot treatment is included after your microneedling session to help soothe the skin and reduce post-treatment redness. LED light therapy supports the skin's natural healing process, helping to calm inflammation and encourage recovery while enhancing the overall benefits of your treatment.

Booking process

Once you have completed your initial consultation with the nurse, your first treatment appointment will be scheduled. Any subsequent treatment sessions will be determined based on your response to the initial treatment and the results achieved at each review.

Recommendations

For optimal results, we advise a course of 4-6 Skin Needling treatments, scheduled approximately one month apart.

Suitability and Consultation
Skin Needling is not suitable for all skin types. A complimentary consultation with the nurse is required prior to treatment to assess your suitability. During this consultation, a personalised preparation plan will be created based on your skin type. Following this plan is essential to achieve optimal results.

Two Weeks Prior to Treatment
• Avoid facial laser hair removal, waxing, depilatory creams, and IPL treatments

• Do not undergo cosmetic-grade chemical peels

• Avoid cosmetic injectables

• Minimise sun exposure and use broad-spectrum SPF

• For clients with medium to dark skin tones or a tendency to hyperpigmentation, speak to your nurse for further advice

One Week Prior to Treatment
• Discontinue exfoliating products, including Retin-A and exfoliating acids

Post-Treatment Aftercare

Days 1–5

• Keep the skin cool; avoid hot showers, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours

• Cleanse twice daily with Gentle Cleanser (AM + PM)

• Apply Vitamin E serum 2–3 times daily, or as needed

• Apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily and reapply when outdoors

• Avoid active skincare ingredients, including AHAs, retinol, and vitamin C

From Day 6

• If the skin has settled, gradually reintroduce active skincare ingredients

From Day 7

• Resume gentle exfoliation
